The We Are One Fund is committed to ensuring that all organisations featured on our platform meet essential standards of legitimacy, transparency, and accountability. To be listed, organisations must be legally registered and operate as non-profit organisations.
Organisations must provide proof of official registration with relevant authorities in their country.
Verification documents may include certificates of incorporation, NGO registration papers, or other government-issued credentials.
Financial accountability is crucial for donor confidence.
Organisations are assessed on their ability to share audited financial statements, annual reports, and basic financial disclosures detailing annual budget goals.
Strong governance ensures responsible oversight and ethical decision-making.
Organisations must demonstrate a functioning board of directors or advisory group overseeing operations and established leadership structures.
Organisations must consistently communicate their activities, impact, and use of funds.
This includes project reports, impact statements, and regular updates shared with donors and stakeholders.
To be visible and accessible to donors, organisations must have clear communication channels.
A functional website, email, or social media presence to engage with supporters and maintain transparency.
Organisations undergo a structured evaluation based on these five key areas.
Each criterion contributes to an overall compliance score, which reflects the organisation's level of transparency and reliability.

Before being listed on the We Are One Fund, organisations must review and sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SIVIO Institute, the parent organisation overseeing the platform.
To streamline the onboarding process, organisations must sign the MOU digitally before their profiles become active. This ensures efficiency, security, and ease of access while reinforcing a commitment to the We Are One Fund principles.

The Adult Rape Clinic (ARC) exists to provide comprehensive, survivor-centered care to adult survivors of sexual violence. Their mission is to ensure survivors receive timely medical attention, psychosocial support, and access to justice through coordinated services and trained professionals. ARC also works to strengthen institutional responses to sexual violence by training healthcare workers, police, and legal actors in trauma-informed care and survivor-sensitive procedures. At its core, ARC’s mission is rooted in dignity, healing, and justice—ensuring no survivor is left without support.
